A Prayer for the 12-Week
Transformation Journey

​"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect." Romans 12:2

Lord Jesus,

​

We come before You acknowledging that our bodies, our minds, and our spirits are gifts entrusted to our care. As we begin this 12-week journey of transformation, we anchor our hope and purpose in You.

​

Where our daily habits - in nutrition, rest, work, and relationships -  have drifted from the things that really matter, bring clarity and conviction. Remind us that our physical choices are an act of stewardship, a reflection of the life You have given us to care for. Align our daily rhythms and routines with God's truth so that what we profess in faith is matched by how we live in practice. Help us to live what we preach and teach.

Lord, help us to be consistent and disciplined in our daily lives as we travel this journey toward transformation in the quiet times and sacred spaces we set apart for encountering Your presence. Steady our hearts. When we are tired and distractions press in, help us to seek Your guidance. Order our steps in Your Word.

​Keep us strong when we face physical, mental, or spiritual weariness - or the temptation to quit. Lord, steady our commitment to change. Teach us to see challenges as opportunities and setbacks as setups for our comeback.  Surround us with a supportive community that offers us wisdom. 

​

We commit these next twelve weeks into Your hand. Lord Jesus, shape our character, guard our hearts and let this mental and physical renewal deepen our spiritual maturity.
