Q: When does the clinic open?

A: We’re accepting members now. Our in-person clinic opens in May, as we complete repairs and cleaning from storm damage. Telemedicine visits and clarity calls are available this month (April).
Q: What is Hall Health?

A: Hall Health & Wellness Solutions is a direct primary care (DPC) clinic founded by Dr. Rasheeda Hall, a board-certified family and obesity medicine physician. We offer personal, practical, and preventative healthcare—without the frustrations of insurance.
You’ll get prompt appointments, longer visits, and direct access to your doctor via text, email, or phone during business hours.
Q: What’s included in my membership?

A: Your membership covers:

Q: How much does it cost?

A: Transparent. No surprise bills.

**Families (same household) of more than 5 people must call to receive a custom membership quote prior to enrollment. The final membership rate will reflect the household’s size, anticipated care needs, and scheduling availability at the time of enrollment.

Q: Do you offer same-day or next-day appointments?
​
A: We don’t promise same-day or next-day in person visits. What we promise is prompt care—scheduled quickly, without weeks of waiting or hours in the lobby.
Q: What about urgent issues or after-hours care?
​
A: Urgent needs will be handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
After hours? If something can’t wait, we’ll respond appropriately. But if it can wait, we ask that you allow us to address it during clinic hours. Non-emergencies will be handled the next business day. We are not a 24/7 service. Please no calls after 7PM. If you’re having an emergency, please go to the ER or call 911.
Q: Can I cancel anytime?

A: Yes—but we ask 30 days notice to terminate your agreement. You’ll need 14 days’ notice to stop scheduled payments.
Q: What about controlled substances or chronic care?
A: We provide chronic disease management, weight loss care, and wellness services. Controlled substances will handled on a case-by-case basis for established members only, following state guidelines.
Q: Is this insurance?

A: No. But we often pair beautifully with high-deductible or catastrophic insurance. You’ll save on labs, meds, imaging, and most importantly—your time.
Q: Who is this for?
A: Busy professionals, families, and folks who are tired of feeling rushed, dismissed, or stuck in a broken system.
It’s for the people who want real answers, not more band-aids.
Q: Do you offer weight loss plans?
A: Yes, but only for members.
Our physician-led weight loss programs are holistic, habit-based, and results-driven—addressing food, fitness, stress, sleep, and mindset.
Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: No insurance needed. No copays. No surprise bills. Just real care, on your terms.
Q: What if I want to add my spouse or family?
​
A: We offer couples and family plans. For families over 5, pricing is customized. “Family” means anyone living in your household or claimed on your taxes.
Q: Can I choose my payment draft date?
​
A: Yes—but the first payment is due upon enrollment. Future payments must be drafted no later than the 20th of each month.
Q: Can my employer cover my care?
​
A: Yes! We offer corporate wellness partnerships for small and mid-sized businesses. Have your HR or employer reach out to us—we’d love to make health care a benefit, not a burden.
